Encore - Flower Garden
All designs in the 'Encore' series have previously been
published in magazines or appeared as free patterns here on
JudithMaslen.co.uk, however due to popular demand I have brought some of the
favourite patterns together in these special sets. Here are some flowery designs
which have proved popular in the past ...
- Often seen sprinkled across your lawn, these daisies are just as pretty as
the cultivated plants in the flower beds. The border uses the four-needle
tool and the squared background is perforated on any straight grid.
- Pretty as a picture in their oval frame, these dog roses are traced with
sepia ink and then coloured on the reverse with blendable pencils.
- The delicate border around this formal arrangement of flowers and hearts
can either be made with the four needle tool, or you could use a fine square
grid.
- For lovers of pure embossing, this poppy gives plenty of scope. The border
uses the Pergamano Four-in-four tool, or you could perforate over the
pattern with a one-needle tool.
- Traced with sepia ink, this delicate pink cyclamen is coloured on the
reverse with blendable pencils.
- A simple border made with the semi-circle tool surrounds this square
design featuring embossed water-lilies.
